Build Elite Physical Capacity
-- No matter your starting point
Structured 90-day performance rebuilds for high-performing professionals.
You've Built success professionally.
But physically, you know there's more available.
Most high-performing professionals never fully develop their strenght, engine, or durability. Not because they lack discipline -- but because they lack structure.
Freedom Athletics is a structured 90-day rebuild designed to change that.
What happens in 90 days?
This is a structured physical rebuild.
We begin by assessing your current strength, conditioning, recovery, and training history. From there, we design a plan built around your starting point and your schedule.
Over 90 days, you will:
• Develop measurable strength benchmarks
• Improve your aerobic engine and overall work capacity
• Train consistently with clear weekly structure
• Align your fueling and recovery with your performance goals
• Complete a defined strength or endurance benchmark appropriate to your starting pointThere is no guesswork and no random programming.
You follow a deliberate progression designed to produce tangible, measurable results.
By the end of the 90 days, you won’t just feel better — you’ll have objective proof of your physical capacity and a clear roadmap for what to build next.
I wasn't naturally athletic.
Growing up with asthma, I was always at the back of the pack — red-faced, gasping for air, trying to keep up. I said no to opportunities because I didn’t want to expose what I believed were my physical limits.
Over time, I made a decision: those limits were not permanent.
Through structured strength training, deliberate aerobic development, and disciplined progression, I rebuilt what I once thought wasn’t possible. Not overnight. Not through trends. Through standards.
That process shaped how I coach today.
Most high-performing professionals are not lacking discipline. They’ve proven that in their careers.
What they’re lacking is structure applied to their physical development.
You don’t need an athletic background.
You don’t need natural talent.
You don’t need to already see yourself as “fit.”You need a system.
You need measurable standards.
And you need to prove capability through action. That’s what we build.
